It is that time again for another GoodieBox unboxing!
The theme for July’s box was Beauty Around the World. GoodieBox is a Danish beauty subscription box, so the boxes can only be shipped to Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. There is a GoodieBox subscription for the Netherlands, but the monthly boxes are different. Each box costs 169 kr / $26 a month and contains 5-7 items worth over 550 kr / $85. In this box I received 5 products, and all were full-size.
Nails Inc. INC.redible Jelly Shot Lip Quencher in Just Be Me (Full Size): Nails Inc. is a UK brand, and the lip quencher is based on Japanese beauty. The lip quencher is a lip balm that nourishes, moisturizes and repairs the lips. The lip quencher can also be used on its own or before applying a matte lipstick. Just Be Me is supposed to be a light pink shade, but when I swatched it there was no color. Hopefully the lip quencher will work better when I apply it to my lips. I also love the design with the little flower in it, and Nails Inc. is cruelty-free.

Piz Buin Tan & Protect Oil Spray (Full Size): Piz Buin is a Swiss brand, and the spray is based on K-beauty. The spray protects the skin with SPF 15 while promoting the body’s natural tanning. The spray is also fast absorbing, easy to apply, and nongreasy, and it makes the skin smooth and glossy. I do not use any tanning products, so I will not use this spray. Piz Buin is also not cruelty-free. However, I do like that the spray has SPF and I can see it being beneficial for people who do tan.
155 kr / $24
The Wes Surf Aloe After Sun (Full Size): The Wes Surf is a Spanish brand, and the after sun is based on Africa where aloe vera originates. The after sun contains aloe which has a calming effect on burns, sores, and skin irritations. I regularly use after sun so I am happy to receive this one with aloe. The Wes Surf is also cruelty-free.
39 kr / $6
Zenz Paddle Brush (Full Size): Zenz is a Danish brand, and the brush is based on Asia where bamboo grows. The brush is made from environmentally friendly bamboo which is stronger, lighter, and more durable than wood. The hairs of the brush are a mix of nylon and wild boar hair, which adds shine to the hair. I regularly use the Wet Brush, and I love it, but I have never used a brush with animal hair, so it will be interesting to use. I also received the Zenz No. 3 Treatment Pure in my March 2018 GoodieBox, but I have not gotten around to trying it out, but I do like that Zenz is organic and cruelty-free.
199 kr / $31
Dr. Botanicals Moroccan Rose Oil (Full Size): Dr. Botanicals is a UK brand, and as the name suggests, the oil is based on Morocco. The rose oil has vitamins and minerals that renew, hydrate, and protect the skin. After cleansing the skin, 3 drops of the oil are applied. Whenever I get a new oil I always mention I will eventually try it out, but so far I have not used any of the oils. However, Dr. Botanicals does not test on animals, and all of their products are vegan.
170 kr / $26
Overall, July’s box was okay. Out of the 5 items I will not use the Piz Buin Tan & Protect Oil Spray, but I am looking forward to using the Nails Inc. INC.redible Jelly Shot Lip Quencher and The Wes Surf Aloe After Sun. The box also has a value of 630 kr / $97.
Have you tried any products from these brands before? Did you do any subscription box unboxings recently?

The INC.redible product looks nice!

It looks pretty but so far I haven’t been that impressed by it
I have not tried any of these before but this looks like such a cute little box of goodies. Best thing about these boxes is that you can be introduced to whole new brands.
Exactly! That’s what I love about these boxes! 😄
I would end up giving so many away if I subscribed to a similar one. I know at age 70 what I feel comfortable with. I am now near the end of my Nude eye shadow, and that it the best eye shadow palette I could have wished for. 🙂
Nope, but those are some great beauty products. xx
Hopefully they will be when I try them out! 😄
