I was excited when I received my second Ipsy bag, and this month I actually knew I was receiving one (unlike last month).

I was not expecting to receive an Ipsy bag this month because when I signed up a couple of weeks ago I was told I was on the waiting list and I have not heard anything or received any emails since then, but it was a nice surprise.
