Faxe Kondi is a Danish soda brand. For the summer of 2024, they released Faxe Kombi, which is a soda where you will randomly get 1 of 6 flavors from passionfruit to salad! I tried all 6 flavors, and I wanted to rank them in this post.
What is Faxe Kondi?
Faxe Kondi is a soft drink brand that began in 1971 in Faxe, Denmark. The regular Faxe Kondi soda is lemon-lime flavored and similar to Sprite. Over the years, Faxe Kondi has released different variants of the soda, including Faxe Kondi Orange. For summer 2024, Faxe Kondi created Faxe Kombi with 6 unique flavors.
What are the Faxe Kombi Flavors?
Each of the 6 flavors has a different chance of finding. The flavors and percentages include:
- 22% chance for passionfruit
- 22% chance for blue raspberry
- 16% chance for melon
- 16% chance for coconut and rhubarb
- 16% chance for vanilla ice cream
- 8% chance for salad
Ranking the Faxe Kombi Flavors
#6 Coconut and Rhubarb
One flavor I cannot stand is coconut. I do not like the smell, the taste, or the texture of coconut. However, I was optimistic because I love rhubarb. I was hoping that the rhubarb flavor would overpower or at least balance out the coconut flavor, but I was wrong. The flavor tasted only like coconut, and I could not drink more than one sip because the coconut flavor was so strong. If you do like coconut, the Faxe Kombi Coconut and Rhubarb flavor would be perfect for you, but for me, it was the worst Faxe Kombi flavor.
#5 Salad
I was the most curious about the Salad flavor because I had never tried or seen a soda with a salad flavor before. The flavor is not terrible, but it is not good either. It tasted like if you soaked lettuce in water and then drank that water. The Faxe Kombi Salad flavor does have that sweet bitter taste of lettuce, and I could drink some of the soda, but I could not finish it.
#4 Vanilla Ice Cream
The Vanilla Ice Cream flavor reminded me of the Dr. Pepper & Cream Soda. There was the creamy vanilla flavor, but instead of the Dr. Pepper cherry soda base, it had the Faxe Kondi lemon-lime base. However, I do not think the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor is that good. I could drink it, but I think the Dr. Pepper version is tastier.
#3 Melon
The Faxe Kombi Melon flavor reminded me a lot of cantaloupe when I drank it. I am unsure if the Melon flavor is supposed to taste like cantaloupe or another melon, but I like it. The flavor is good, and I would drink another can. However, I do think there are better flavors.
#2 Passionfruit
Passionfruit is one of the two most common flavors of Faxe Kombi, and it is great! The soda has a delicious passionfruit flavor, and the combination with the lemon-lime base is tasty. I would definitely recommend the flavor if you like passionfruit. I would also drink another can!
#1 Blue Raspberry
Blue Raspberry is another one of the two most common flavors, and to me, it is also the most delicious. The Faxe Kombi Blue Raspberry flavor reminded me of the Prime Blue Raspberry flavor, which happens to be my favorite Prime flavor. The Faxe Kombi is delicious and it does have that tart blue raspberry flavor. I would definitely drink another can!
I never heard of Faxe Kondi. I don’t think this brand is available in Malaysia. However, the flavours are interesting. Thank you for sharing.
Faxe Kondi is a Danish brand, so I think the availability outside of Denmark is limited. The flavors were definitely interesting!
I’d give all of these a try as I am so curious about what they taste like (the salad one is a really wild flavour for a drink)! I don’t often consume stuff like this so it would be fun to give it a try. I think the passionfruit and blue raspberry ones would likely be my favourites.

The melon flavor was good, but it was not my favorite out of the 6.

I’ve never come across Faxe Kombi but I love passionfruit flavoured products, so I think I’d choose that one! Coconut is one of those flavours that takes over. I don’t mind it, but it’s a lot. Thank you for sharing 🙂
The passionfruit flavor was delicious! Yes the coconut was overpowering and even though it was supposed to be combined with rhubarb, I didn’t taste a single hint of rhubarb.

I haven’t tried these drinks but melon and passionfruit sound the best for me.

The passionfruit and blue raspberry flavors were the best out of the 6! The lettuce flavor was definitely interesting, but it’s not a flavor I want to try again
I love passionfruit flavouring so I would definitely opt for that one! This sounds like a great soda brand! Salad in general doesn’t really carry much flavour, I would be interested in trying that one to see what it is like! x

The passionfruit flavor was delicious, and the salad flavor was not that good, but it was not terrible either! It was fun to try it though!
