I apologize for the lack of posts. I have not been motivated to blog recently, but hopefully I will be able to get back to a schedule. The other week I received my March GoodieBox, and the theme was GoodieBoxPrisen 2017. GoodieBox is a Danish beauty subscription box, so the boxes can only be shipped to Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. Each box costs 169 kr / $24 a month and contains 5-7 items worth over 500 kr / $71.
I received 5 mainly full-sized items that came in a white and blue box and were wrapped in tissue paper.
Starskin Glowstar Foaming Peeling Perfection Puff (Full Size): Starskin is a Dutch brand, and the puff is used to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and give the skin a glow. A few drops of water are added to pouch then the puff is used on the face. The puff can be used up to 3 times before throwing it away. I am looking forward to trying this puff especially since it has all of these benefits, but I think it is expensive for a puff that is only used a few times. However, Starskin does not test on animals.
70 kr / $10
Clean Lovegrass Eau de Parfum: Clean is a cruelty-free American brand of fragrances, and the Lovergrass scent is reminiscent of green grass and fresh spring flowers. I have previously received the Rain Eau de Parfum in my August 2016 GoodieBox, and I believe Lovegrass smells better than Rain. However, I would not purchase either scent for myself.
595 kr / $85 for 60 ml
Maria Nila Cream Heat Spray (Full Size): Maria Nila is a Swedish brand, and the spray is used to protect colored hair, prevent split ends, protect against heat and UV, and make the hair soft and shiny. The spray is easy to apply and contains only vegan ingredients. I do not use blow dryers, curling irons, or straighteners, so I would not use this spray. However, I loved the Maria Nila Dry Shampoo I received in my November 2016 GoodieBox, so I think this heat spray should be great too for those that use heat products.
189 kr / $27
Karmameju Love Face Mist 01 (Full Size): Karmameju is a Danish brand, and this spray can be used throughout the day or as a toner. The spray contains hyaluronic acid, rose, and aloe vera that help moisturize and repair the skin. Karmameju is organic and cruelty-free, and this is the second Karmameju product I have received. In my December 2016 GoodieBox I received the Karmameju Wild Body Oil 03. I have not used the body oil yet, but I am looking forward to trying this face mist.
189 kr / $27
Grown Alchemist Hydra-Repair Day Cream (Full Size): Grown Alchemist is an Australian brand, and the cream contains natural ingredients that leaves the skin soft without feeling greasy. The cream can be used both in the morning and evening or before putting on makeup. I am running out of moisturizer, so I will definitely try this out as my new moisturizer.
295 kr / $42
Overall, I believe I have received better boxes in the past, but I am looking forward to trying the Starskin Puff, Karmameju Face Mist, and the Grown Alchemist Cream.
You are missed when you don’t write.

I’m doing okay, but I have been rather stressed applying to masters programs and rejection sucks

Great post! That looks like a good subscription box! It’s too bad they don’t ship to my country.

GoodieBox reminds me a lot of Glossybox which is available in many countries 😊
