Happy Saturday! I am excited for this weekend because tomorrow I am going to Tivoli to celebrate my birthday, which is on Monday!
I have received another GoodieBox, and the theme for August is The Members’ Box. GoodieBox is a Danish beauty subscription box, so the boxes can only be shipped to Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. Each box costs 169 kr / $27 a month and contains 5-7 items worth over 500 kr / $80.

In my box I received 7 items and 5 were full-sized. The items came in a pretty pink box with a leaf print and were wrapped in tissue paper.
Nails Inc. Powered by Collagen Top Coat (Full-Size): Nails Inc. is a UK brand, and this top coat is used as the last step when applying nail polish. This top coat adds extra gloss to the nails, and it makes the polish chip resistant. However, this top coat contains caviar, and I do not like using products with animal ingredients. I have previously received the Nails Inc. Gel Effect in Old Bond Street in my December 2016 GoodieBox, and I never wore it because I do not use nail polish. I will not use this top coat for the same reason. However, Nails Inc. is cruelty-free.

Pixi MultiBalm in Baby Petal (Full-Size): Pixi is a UK brand, and Baby Petal is a light peach shade. This balm has a natural color, and it can be used on both the cheeks and lips. This balm also has a creamy texture so it is easy to blend. When this balm is used on both the cheeks and lips, it instantly creates a pulled-together look. Also, Pixi is cruelty-free. I love using products that are multipurpose, and I like the peach color, so I am definitely looking forward to trying out this balm.

Ole Henriksen Counter Balance Oil Control Hydrator: Ole Henriksen is a Danish/American brand, and this moisturizer is for oily and combination skin. This moisturizer hydrates the skin, controls oil and shine, and reduces the appearance of pores. This moisturizer feels lightweight on the skin, and it also acts as a primer by improving the wear of foundation for up to 8 hours. Ole Henriksen is cruelty-free. I have never tried any of Ole Henriksen’s products because they are so expensive, but I am looking forward to trying out this moisturizer because I have oily skin.

Ole Henriksen Find Your Balance Oil Control Cleanser: This cleanser is also from Ole Henriksen, and it deeply cleanses the skin by unclogging the pores and reducing oil. This cleanser also helps refresh and balance the skin. Like I mentioned above, I have not tried any of Ole Henriksen’s products before, but I am exited to use this cleanser because I have oily skin.

Emité Millesis Active Eye Light 101 Concealer (Full-Size): Emité is a Swedish brand, and this concealer is used to brighten dark areas under the eyes. This concealer reduces signs of aging and fatigue by color correcting the skin and minimizing the appearance of dark circles. Emité is cruelty-free. I normally use the NYX HD Photogenic Concealer Wand for my dark circles, so it will be interesting to see if this concealer brightens better than the NYX one.

Miqura Premium Foot Mask (Full-Size): Miqura is a Danish brand, and this foot mask provides a cool and soothing effect for sore feet. This foot mask comes in the form of socks that are worn for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, the excess product is massaged into the skin and this mask leaves the feet feeling soft and smooth. I have received 2 Miqura products before including the Bio-Fiber Anti Blemish Sheet Mask in my May 2017 GoodieBox and the Golden Modeling Mask in my October 2016 GoodieBox. I liked the sheet mask, but I did not care for the modeling mask. I love using foot masks, so hopefully this one will provide good results. On their website, Miqura lists a distributor in China, so they are most likely not cruelty-free.

The Vintage Cosmetics Company Eye Lash Curler (Full-Size): The Vintage Cosmetics Company is a UK brand, and these rose gold eye lash curlers are made from carbon steel. These curlers are used to curl the lashes and brighten the eyes to give a youthful look. These curlers also include 2 replacement silicone pads. The Vintage Cosmetics Company is cruelty-free. I already have an eye lash curler, but I love the rose gold color, so I will most likely replace my old curlers with these.

Overall, this was a great box that had a value of 814 kr / $130, and I will use all the items except for the Nails Inc. Powered by Collagen Top Coat.
