With the popularity of the Netflix series Emily in Paris, numerous brands have come out with Emily in Paris-themed items, from makeup and perfume to food and drinks, and I wanted to try out some of the products.

What is Emily in Paris?
Emily in Paris is a romantic comedy-drama series on Netflix that follows Emily, who moves from Chicago to Paris to work at a marketing firm. In Paris, she juggles her career, love life, and friendships. The series first premiered in October 2020, and now there are five seasons, with the fifth season releasing in December 2025.

Duc De Coeur Emily in Paris All Butter Shortbread Biscuits
Duc De Coeur is a French-style brand sold in Lidl. In Lidl, Duc De Coeur had numerous Emily in Paris-themed foods, and I was intrigued by the All Butter Shortbread Biscuits because they came in a metal tin that featured Emily. The tin has 10 packets of 5 shortbread biscuits each, and the biscuits taste fine. They are a bit plain since they have a basic shortbread cookie flavor, but I imagine topping them with melted chocolate or icing would make them taste sweeter. I also like that the tin can be reused.

Lillet Emily in Paris Lillet Rosé
Lillet is a French aperitif brand, and they released two bottles of wine, Lillet Blanc and Lillet Rosé, inspired by Emily in Paris. I opted to try the Lillet Rosé. To preface, I am not a wine drinker, but I was curious to try the cocktails that were in a pamphlet with the Lillet bottles. The one cocktail I tried is the Lillet Pink Grapefruit, which calls for:
- 50% Lillet Rosé
- 50% Pink Grapefruit Lemonade
- 1 slice of grapefruit
- Ice cubes
However, the Lillet Rosé was so overpowering that I could not drink the cocktail. I then added more of the pink grapefruit lemonade, and it was a little better. Since I do not really care for wine, the Lillet Rosé was not for me.

Emily in Paris: The Official Cookbook by Kim Laidlaw
Many cookbooks based on pop culture are unofficial because a fan usually makes the cookbook without working with the franchise. However, this is an official cookbook, which I was intrigued by. The cookbook is available on Bookshop and Amazon, and includes over 75 recipes based on French dishes inspired by the series. The cookbook is divided into the Le Bistro, La Brasserie, Le Restaurant, La Pâtisserie, Le Café, and Les Bases categories.
Each recipe includes an introduction, ingredient list, and directions. Around half of the recipes include a photo of the dish, and I would have loved to see more photos of the food. The rest of the photos in the book are from the Netflix series, which I can see is what makes this an official cookbook. As far as the recipes themselves, some dishes would be easier to make than others, but I do think the cookbook would be better for those who are more confident in the kitchen. I could see the cookbook making a nice gift for someone interested in French cooking and the Emily in Paris series.

Emily in Paris by Essence Eyeshadow Palette
Essence is an affordable makeup brand that released an Emily in Paris collection. I decided to pick up the Essence Emily in Paris #MeetMeAtTheEiffelTower Eyeshadow Palette from the Danish supermarket Føtex. The palette includes 9 eyeshadow shades, and when you open the palette, there is a 3D Eiffel Tower. The shades have a pink and purple theme, and there are 4 matte and 5 shimmer shades.
As far as the quality of the palette, I think the quality is good. The shades have good pigment and blend well. The shimmer shades have a little bit of fallout, so I do recommend doing your eye makeup first before the rest of your makeup. I also recommend using an eyeshadow primer to ensure the eyeshadow does not crease or fade. All in all, the Essence eyeshadow palette is a good palette with pretty shades.

Revolution x Emily in Paris Parisian Romance Eau de Toilette
Makeup Revolution is another beauty brand that released an Emily in Paris collection. There are eyeshadow palettes, lipsticks, cheek and lip tints, and more in the collection, but I was most intrigued to try the perfume. The perfume is said to have a fresh, floral scent and comes in an adorable Eiffel Tower bottle with Emily-inspired charms.
However, after wearing the perfume, I think the scent is quite generic. The Revolution perfume reminds me of pretty much any other floral perfume you could find. I could not find any notes mentioned for the Revolution perfume, so I cannot tell you what type of florals the perfume smells like, but I am not a fan. Also, even though the Eiffel Tower bottle shape is cute, it is inconvenient to hold since it is tall, and most of the weight is at the bottom. Overall, the scent is basic, and the shape is impractical, but it would be nice for display.

Netflix Stories: Emily in Paris
Netflix Stories is an app you can download through Google Play or the App Store. The app is free to play, but you do need a Netflix account to log in. Netflix Stories has interactive stories you can read based on different Netflix series, including an Emily in Paris story. In the story, you move to Paris to work for the fashion magazine Enchanté. However, you soon realize you may not even have a job. In the game, you meet Emily, Mindy, and numerous other characters from the series, as well as some new characters.
You also dress up your avatar at the beginning and throughout the story, and I like the customization options. The story has a mix of drama and romance, and it is entertaining. Also, the story has choices you make during the game. These choices will affect how characters feel towards your character, and I like the interactive elements. The story is now complete with 20 chapters. If reading an interactive story based on the Netflix series sounds interesting to you, I would recommend downloading the app.

I’ve been watching Emily in Paris since it started, but I didn’t realise an official line of products existed! As much as I’ve enjoyed the show, I don’t think the branded products are my cup of tea. 🇫🇷

There are a ton of Emily in Paris branded products, and that’s understandable!
I’m a huge fan of the show but I didn’t realize there were so many branded products! Thanks for sharing this info! I’m #TeamAlfie, by the way! 🙂
There are a lot of branded products! Ooo you should check out the Netflix Stories app then because Emily is with Alfie in the story!!
Oh my goodness, I’m jealous! Emily in Paris is full so many neat information. These items look like great gift ideas for the fans of this show.
Many of the items would make great gifts!
I’ve not watched Emily in Paris, but I’ve heard a lot about it and may have to give it a watch. It’s amazing to see how many products are related to the show (sometimes it can seem a bit too much, but at least these do seem to be closely linked to the theme). If I was going to try one of these, it would be the shortbread!
Emily in Paris is a good series, and everyone I know that watches it enjoys it! There are a lot of different Emily in Paris products, and the cookies were good!
Wow!!! There so many products inspired by Emily in Paris. I have not watch Emily in Paris. So I can’t say anything about the show or the products.
Emily in Paris is such a fun show and it was great to try out different products that collaborated with series.
I knew there were a lot of Emily in Paris branded products, but I didn’t realise exactly how many until after reading this post! I adore the show and I’m so tempted to smell that perfume and eat those biscuits! x

There are a lot of different Emily in Paris branded products! I love the show too! As far as the perfume, if you have any floral perfumes in your collection, just smell that one! The scent of the Emily in Paris perfume will likely be similar because it is nothing special.
Great post! I love the look of the Eiffel Tower perfume bottle. I would be interested in Netflix Stories because it reminds me of Sims.
Thank you! I love the look of the perfume, but the scent is just your standard floral perfume.
Netflix Stories is more story-based than the Sims, but you do have dress up parts!
