AD – PR Product | Happy Halloween! For the first time in several years, I went to Tivoli for Halloween, which is an amusement park in Copenhagen. I wanted to share some pictures from today and also the two coats I received from Lighthouse that are perfect for the colder weather!

I went to Tivoli with my daughter, my partner, and his mother and brother. We arrived when Tivoli opened so there would be fewer people. First, we rode a few rides, and there were practically no queues so it was good we came early.

One thing I love about coming to Tivoli for Halloween is that the shops and even the rides are decorated with pumpkins, ghosts, and other uhyggelige (spooky) things. There was also a hay maze for the younger kids and a haunted house for older kids and adults. When we went to Tivoli a few years ago, we went to the haunted house and it was fun because haunted houses are not as common in Denmark. They also had giant pumpkins and the first-place pumpkin weighed 497,6 kilos (1,097 pounds)!
As far as the weather, it was a bit cold today, and that is where Lighthouse comes in. Lighthouse is a clothing brand located in Northern Ireland and they offer international shipping. They create weatherproof clothing that keeps you dry but is also stylish. I was gifted two of their coats including the Ashby Waterproof Fleece in Dark Navy and the Laurel Coat in Black.
I have been wearing the Ashby Waterproof Fleece all the time recently, and it is made from 100% polyester fleece so it is soft and warm to wear. The fleece also has two huge zipped pockets, so I can fit my phone, keys, and other things with no problem. Also, the fleece is waterproof and windproof, and I have worn it when it was raining before and it kept me dry and warm. The fleece is $115 / £69.99 and it is available in the Navy or Berry color.

When the weather gets even colder, I will transition to wearing the Laurel Coat. The coat is mid-length and comes to my knees. The coat is also roomy, and I can wear the fleece underneath on extra cold days. Furthermore, the coat has two front zipped pockets that can keep your phone, wallet, keys, etc. secure. A great thing about the coat is that the insulation is made from recycled plastic bottles and the outer layer is water-repellent, so it keeps you warm and dry. The coat is $150.00 / £89.99 and it is available in the Navy Blue, Teal, Red, Burnt Orange, Mocha, or Irish Cream color.

After the rides, we ate at Wagamama for lunch. I have been wanting to eat there for years, but because of the lockdown, I have not been able to. A good thing about Wagamama is that there is an entrance from Tivoli and also an entrance from the street so you do not have to visit Tivoli to eat there. I ordered the kare burosu, which is their vegan ramen with tofu, veggies, and udon noodles. It was so delicious! After lunch, we went on a few more rides, and my daughter rode Rutschebanen 3 times!!! It is the third-oldest operating roller coaster in the world and it is always fun to go on. After the third trip on Rutschebanen, we headed home. Now I am finishing this post and planning what I will have for dinner.
When we went to Copenhagen years ago, we didn’t have a chance to go visit Tivoli gardens so I really want to go back soon and make sure we make time for it! Might have to plan it for Halloween, it seems fun!
Aww I definitely recommend visiting Tivoli even if you don’t get a ride pass. It’s so fun during Halloween. but they also go all out for Christmas & that’s lovely too!
This always looks so good and is on my list of places to visit! The coats look great and warm too – ideal. I did have a little Halloween party – I love decorating the place up ready!
I definitely recommend visiting Tivoli & it’s always nice when they decorate the gardens. They decorated for Christmas now & I would like to go back.
That’s nice you had a little party!
Love the looks of your cosy jacket; perfect for a chilly day. It is hard to have fun when feeling cold, so I love that it is insulated and not too bulky. The ramen looks delicious and warming. 🙂
Thanks & both coats are perfect for the colder months! The ramen was so good!
looks like you had a wonderful halloween and stayed warm! i love long coats like this Laurel coat you have. I get cold very easily so this length is a must.
We did have a great time! I love longer coats especially during the winter so it’s perfect!
I am sure I saw a documentary that said Walt Disney was inspired by Tivoli, I must go there,
I found this article & it said he did visit Tivoli before opening his first park!

I definitely recommend going! Even if you don’t get a ride pass, there’s still a lot to see & do
Wow — this looks like so much fun, what a great way to spend Halloween! I wish I had made more of an effort this year to get out and explore/experience something like this (maybe next year)! My husband and I just ended up having a quiet night at home watching a movie!
It was fin & a quiet night in is nice too! It’s nice changing it up. The last few Halloweens I spent at home so it was nice going out
This looks like such a fun Halloween! And, your lunch sounds so yummy!
It was fun & the ramen was delicious!
Look like you had fun! That lunch looks delicious!

Wonderful Halloween in Denmark, amazing windmill and decorations. The jackets look good on you too, like the colours 🙂 The Udon looks so yummy. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much! The ramen was delicious & I loved the udon noodles!
How lovely! Had a quiet Halloween this year but you have inspired me to travel again soon.
A quiet Halloween is nice too. I hope you can travel soon!
Halloween in Tivoli sounds and looks amazing, I don’t tend to do too much for Halloween as it’s not my most favourite day of the year! x
