Ariana Grande Perfume Ranking and Review

My favorite perfume has been Ari by Ariana Grande, and since buying the Ariana Grande 4 Piece Coffret from Ulta as well as other perfume sets, I have had the opportunity to try more of her perfumes.

For this post, I will rank the 14 Grande perfumes I have tried from my least favorite to my most favorite. Without further ado, let us begin!

#14 MOD Vanilla

MOD Vanilla is a vanilla and musk scent that is sophisticated. The notes include:

• Top Notes pink freesia, juicy plum, and creamy musks
• Middle Notes orris butter, white praline, and jasmine petals
• Base Notes vanilla absolute and cocoa butter

MOD Vanilla is the worst Ariana Grande perfume for me. I found the scent strong and overpowering to the point that it gave me a headache. Also, the scent does not smell like vanilla at all. Instead, it smells like musk and sour fruit.

#13 Cloud Pink

Cloud Pink is a warm and spicy scent that is empowering and inspired by confidence. The notes include:

• Top Notes pineapple, dragon fruit, and berries
• Middle Notes vanilla orchid, coconut water, and blush ambrette
• Base Notes moss, amber woods, musk, and praline

The scent is quite similar to Cloud, but I found Cloud Pink even stronger. The perfume nearly gave me a headache, whereas Cloud was more bearable. That said, the scent itself is not good because it is quite musky, while I prefer fruity floral scents. However, the scent does have good lasting power.

#12 Cloud

Cloud is a warm and spicy scent that is uplifting and playful. The notes include:

• Top Notes lavender blossom, juicy pear, and bergamot
• Middle Notes crème de coconut, indulgent praline, and vanilla orchid
• Base Notes sensual musks and creamy blonde woods

Cloud is another one of my least favorite Ariana Grande perfume scents. The scent is quite strong, and I prefer fruity floral scents over warm musk scents. Furthermore, I do not like coconut scents, and the perfume does not smell exactly like coconut, but since coconut is a middle note, that may be another reason why I do not care for it.

#11 Limited Edition Sweet Like Candy

The Limited Edition Sweet Like Candy is, as the name suggests, a limited edition scent that is similar to Sweet Like Candy. The notes include:

• Top Notes juicy red berries, Italian bergamot, and pear
• Middle Notes red frangipani, jasmine sambac, and dewy honeysuckle
• Base Notes sensual musks, liquid amber, crème de cassis, marshmallow, and cashmere woods

Even though the perfume is similar to Sweet Like Candy, the scent is even stronger and sweeter, and I hardly wear the perfume because of this. The perfume did last all day, but I would repurchase Ariana Grande’s other perfumes before I would buy this one again. Also, since the perfume is a limited edition, it is no longer available at retailers like Ulta, but you may be able to find it from resellers.

#10 Lovenotes Pink Woods

Pink Woods is the variation of the Lovenotes perfume available in North America. Pink Woods is a mesmerizing fragrance with notes that include:

• Top Notes Italian bergamot and lotus flower
• Middle Notes jasmine petals, tea leaves, and vetiver
• Base Notes tonka beans, cashmere woods, and cotton candy

Pink Woods is a more mature floral scent compared to Sweet Like Candy and Ari, which are on the sweeter, fruitier side. I would wear the Pink Woods perfume, but I would not repurchase it because I prefer fruity over floral scents. That said, the perfume does last all day.

#9 Sweet Like Candy

Sweet Link Candy is a fruity, floral scent that is playful and irresistible, with notes that include:

• Top Notes sparkling blackberry, Italian bergamot, and pear
• Middle Notes jasmine sambac, frangipani, and dewy honeysuckle
• Base Notes crème de cassis, marshmallow, cashmere woods, and sexy vanilla

The perfume has a nice, feminine scent, but it is on the stronger and sweeter side than Ari and Moonlight. However, the perfume did last all day, and I will still occasionally wear it.

#8 Lovenotes Vanilla Suede

Vanilla Suede is the Lovenotes perfume available in Europe that is sensual and intimate. The notes include:

• Top Notes Italian bergamot
• Middle Notes creamy sandalwood and rice milk
• Base Notes vanilla beans and liquid musks

Vanilla Suede does have a strong vanilla musk scent that lasts all day, and it is by far better than MOD Vanilla, which is my least favorite Ariana Grande perfume. Also, the Vanilla Suede perfume does have a more mature scent as compared to other Ariana Grande perfumes like Ari and Moonlight. I do think Vanilla Suede is a good perfume, especially if you are looking for a vanilla-scented fragrance, but it is not my personal favorite.

#7 Thank U Next

Thank U Next is a floral scent that is playful and cool. The notes include:

• Top Notes white pear and wild raspberry
• Middle Notes crème de coconut and pink rose petals
• Base Notes macaroon sugar and velvet musk

Even though I am not a fan of coconut scents, I quite like this scent because it does not smell like coconut to me. The scent is unique and floral-like, but I have read reviews that said the perfume smells like pickles. However, I would have to disagree and say it smells more floral than anything. Like with Ariana Grande’s other perfumes, the scent lasts all day.

#6 God Is A Woman

God Is A Woman is a fruity scent that is breathtaking. The notes include:

• Top Notes ambrette and juicy pear
• Middle Notes orris and Turkish rose petals
• Base Notes Madagascar vanilla and creamy cedarwood

God Is A Woman is a nice perfume, and I quite like it. The scent smells a lot like pears with a slight floral undertone. The scent is not too strong, and it does have good lasting power. However, there are better Ariana Grande perfumes in my opinion.

#5 R.E.M. Cherry Eclipse

R.E.M. Cherry Eclipse is an irresistible ambery and fruity perfume with notes that include:

• Top Notes black cherry jubilee and sugared honeysuckle petals
• Middle Notes jasmine absolute sambac and marshmallow meringue
• Base Notes glowing amber and warm musks

Even though I thought R.E.M. Cherry Eclipse would be similar to R.E.M., just with an added cherry scent, the perfumes are quite different. The cherry scent is prominent, but there are no dreamy lavender and sandalwood notes from the R.E.M. perfume. The cherry scent is more on the candied cherry side, and I quite like it. There is also a subtle floral note from the jasmine. However, I do find myself preferring the R.E.M. perfume over the Cherry Eclipse.

#4 R.E.M.

R.E.M. is a dreamy floral scent with notes that include:

• Top Notes quince, fig, salted caramel, and marshmallow
• Middle Notes pear blossom and lavender blossom
• Base Notes tonka bean, white musk, and sandalwood

The R.E.M. perfume is quite nice. It has a floral scent from the lavender as well as a musk scent from the white musk and sandalwood, which makes it soft and dreamy. The scent is not at all overpowering, and it does last all day.

#3 MOD Blush

MOD Blush is a luxurious fruity floral scent. The notes include:

• Top Notes passionfruit, Italian bergamot, bright raspberry, and pink pepper
• Middle Notes dewy magnolia, pink rose petals, and juicy pear
• Base Notes ambrox, dreamwood, and radiant musks

MOD Blush is the complete opposite of MOD Vanilla for me. MOD Blush has a light, feminine scent that is not at all overpowering. The perfume also has good lasting power. I quite like the MOD Blush perfume, and I would recommend it.

#2 Ari

Ari is a fruity floral scent with a hint of marshmallow that has been my favorite until I received the coffret. The notes include:

• Top Notes crispy pear, pink grapefruit, and juicy raspberry
• Middle Notes soft muguet, rose buds, and vanilla orchid
• Base Notes marshmallow, creamy musk, and blonde woods

The perfume is feminine and sweet, but not overpowering. The perfume also lasts all day, and it is a great everyday perfume.

#1 Moonlight

Moonlight is a fruity marshmallow scent with a hint of vanilla and the following notes:

• Top Notes rich black currant and juicy plum
• Middle Notes fluffy marshmallow and fresh peony
• Base Notes creamy sandalwood, black amber, and sensual vanilla

Like with Ari, the perfume has a sweet, feminine scent, and it is not too strong. The perfume is perfect for everyday wear or special occasions, and it lasts all day. Both Ari and Moonlight are amazing perfumes, but I found myself drawn to using Moonlight more than Ari. However, I would highly recommend both perfumes if you like fruity and sweet-scented perfumes.
