W7 Mega Matte Lips Review

I am ready for it to be Spring so I wanted to review the W7 Mega Matte Lips in the shade Sinful that I purchased a while back from Normal.

Sinful is bright pink shade with a matte finish. The lipstick has good pigment and it applies smoothly with the doe foot applicator. However, the lipstick does not apply evenly and I need to use at least 2 coats. The lipstick only takes a few minutes to completely dry matte, but it does feel somewhat drying on the lips. The lipstick is not the most comfortable lipstick, but it is not the worse when it comes to drying down on the lips. I would definitely recommend using a lip scrub and lip balm before applying the lipstick to reduce the dryness and the clinging to dry patches. The lipstick is long-lasting and lasts about 6 hours, but it is not transfer-proof. The lipstick does fade while eating or drinking and it is completely gone by the end of the day. The lipstick is easy to reapply though. These lipsticks are affordable, and there are 5 shades available. W7 has also expanded their Mega Matte collection with 5 Nude Lips and 5 Pink Lips shades making a total of 15 Mega Matte shades. However, if you are interested in a lipstick with a similar formula, I would recommend the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream instead because it is more comfortable to wear and slightly cheaper.

Overall, the W7 Mega Matte Lips in Sinful is a decent long-lasting lipstick, but it does not apply evenly, it is not transfer-proof, and it is somewhat drying on the lips.
