Kokie Cosmetics Sheer Lipstick Review

I have never heard of this brand before until I received the Kokie Cosmetics Sheer Lipstick in Café Au Lait in one of Marzia’s subscription boxes. The Cafe Au Lait shade is also a nice shade for the Fall.
Café Au Lait is a rosy mauve shade with a semi-gloss finish. The lipstick has good pigment for being a sheer lipstick, and it adds a bit of color and shine to the lips. The lipstick also applies smoothly and evenly, and I only need to use one layer to cover my lips. Instead of fully drying down on the lips, the lipstick stays creamy, which makes it moisturizing. Since the lipstick does not dry completely, it transfers easily and only lasts about 3 hours even without eating or drinking. However, the lipstick does leave behind a slight tint on the lips, and the lipstick can also easily be reapplied. The price for the lipstick is definitely affordable, and there is a good amount of product in the tube. Kokie Cosmetics has 24 shades of the Sheer Lipsticks available in purple, red, pink, orange, brown, and nude shades, and I would consider buying another one. I would recommend purchasing one of these lipsticks if you like wearing sheer lipsticks or you want a lipstick that is moisturizing instead of drying.Overall, the Kokie Cosmetics Sheer Lipstick in Café Au Lait adds color and shine without drying out the lips, but it easily transfers and only lasts a few hours before fading.
