I wanted to try more of Too Faced’s products, so I purchased the Too Faced Most Loved Set from their website. The set was $25 and includes a primer, eyeshadow primer, mascara, lipstick, and bronzer.
Too Faced Hangover Primer: The texture of this primer reminds me more of a moisturizer than a silicone based primer, which is a nice change from the normal primers I use. I do not like anything that smells like coconut, and this primer does smell like coconut due to the added coconut water. However, this primer is lightweight, moisturizing, and leaves my face feeling hydrated. Once the primer dries, my makeup applies smoothly. My makeup does last most of the day with this primer, but I would still recommend using a setting spray as a final step. This is a great primer that leaves my face feeling moisturized and ensures my makeup lasts the day, but I do not like the scent.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer: I normally use the Urban Decay Primer Potion as an eyeshadow primer, but I have been wanting to try the Too Faced Eye Shadow Primer. I love the brush included with the Urban Decay Primer, but the Too Faced Primer does not include a brush so you have to use your fingers to apply it. However, this primer is as effective as the Urban Decay Primer Potion and my eyeshadow lasts all day without fading, smudging or creasing. This is an effective eyeshadow primer, but I will stick to using Urban Decay.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara: This mascara applies evenly, smoothly, and clump-free, and I only need one coat of this mascara to make my lashes appear longer and thicker. If I want a more dramatic appearance to my lashes, I can use 2-3 coats of this mascara. Along with the Tarte Lights, Cameras, Lashes Mascara, this mascara is one of the best mascaras I have used, and I would definitely recommend trying it. This mascara is also available in a waterproof version, but I have not had the chance to try it.

Too Faced Melted Lipstick in Fig: Fig is purple pink shade with a gloss finish. This lipstick has good pigment, but when I first tried using it, the lipstick came out really watery, which made it difficult to use. I also do not like the sponge tip applicator because the sponge just soaks up the lipstick, but I was still able to apply an even coat to my lips. This lipstick also never completely dries, so it does not feel drying on my lips. However, this lipstick easily rubs off, and it is not long-lasting or transfer proof. The only good thing about this lipstick besides not drying out my lips is that it does not feel sticky either. There are a variety of shades available in a gloss, matte and metal finish, but I would not recommend these lipsticks.

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer: Chocolate is a medium/deep shade with a matte finish, and it works well with my skin tone. This bronzer has good pigment, is buildable, applies smoothly, and blends easily. This bronzer also looks natural and is perfect for every day looks. The only downside to this bronzer is that the full-sized version is a bit expensive. However, there are 2 other shades available, and I still would recommend this bronzer.

Overall, this was a great set from Too Faced with the exception of the Melted Lipstick. I would definitely recommend trying the Hangover Primer, Shadow Insurance Primer, Better Than Sex Mascara, and Chocolate Soleil Bronzer.
I totally agree !
