How to Use The Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin
The four products in The Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin are intended to be used alone and without any other skincare products. I stopped using the products in my skincare routine, including makeup remover, cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Instead, I only used the products from Frøya Organics. The Daily Anti-Age & Insane Glow Face Balm, Instant Rosacea, Acne & Redness Stopper, and Ultra Potent Dark Circles & Eye Bag Remover are balms made from a beeswax base and are easily applied to the face with clean fingers. On the other hand, the Ultra Cleanse & Revive Face Scrub is a loose powder. You should be careful when opening the container to avoid spilling the powder.
Morning Routine
In the morning, I wash my face with water and then dry my face and my hands. I then apply the Daily Anti-Age & Insane Glow Face Balm to my fingertips and then my whole face.
Evening Routine
In the evening, I again wash my face with only water. If I wore makeup that day, I would remove the makeup with the MakeUp Eraser, as the cloth only requires water. I then ensure my hands and face are dry and apply the Ultra Potent Dark Circles & Eye Bag Remover to my under-eye area. Afterward, I apply the Instant Rosacea, Acne & Redness Stopper to my chin, as that is my main acne problem area. I will also apply the balm to my cheeks as I tend to have redness there.
Weekly Routine
For the Ultra Cleanse & Revive Face Scrub, I use it at most 3 times a week. I use the scrub either in the morning or evening before applying the other Frøya Organics products. I ensure my hands are dry before getting some of the Ultra Cleanse & Revive Face Scrub powder. Then, I mix the powder in my hands with water and scrub my face for about a minute before rinsing off the scrub with water.
My Results of Using The Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin
As I mentioned at the start of the post, I have oily, acne-prone skin. Over the years, I have been able to get my acne more under control. However, my chin is still my main problem area where I get blemishes. Also, I have redness on my cheeks, and I do get dark circles. I do not have wrinkles, so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the products for wrinkles. However, I can share my experience of using the Frøya Organics products for my skin concerns.
I have been using the Frøya Organics products for over 2 weeks, and they claim results can be seen as soon as 7 days. Since using the products, I do still get blemishes, but they have been less frequent. When I do get a blemish, it does seem to heal quicker than before I started using Frøya Organics. The redness on my cheeks has become less noticeable, and my skin tone has become more even. However, I still think my dark circles are a bit noticeable. I am hoping that continued use of the Ultra Potent Dark Circles & Eye Bag Remover will help more. Lastly, I feel that my face has become less oily from using the Frøya Organics products, but my face still stays moisturized.
Overall Thoughts on Frøya Organics
My results from using The Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin from Frøya Organics are promising, and I will definitely continue using the products. Based on my experience, I do recommend Frøya Organics if you have acne, redness, or oily skin. Though Frøya Organics is supposed to be effective for almost all skin types, including oily, dry, normal, combination, and sensitive skin. I also love that Frøya Organics is a natural skincare brand, and based on my experience, their products are effective. I’m a bit confused with using products for mature skin, but not having any wrinkles at all, so you cannot review that part? Is it possible to have someone with wrinkles review it? I’m only 38 and i can say i have enough of wrinkles to be able to say if something helps with that or doesn’t. thanks.
I am 32, but I do not have wrinkles, so I cannot share if the products are effective for wrinkles. I also cannot have someone else review the products because it has been over a year since my review, and I have long since used up the products. However, if you do want to see reviews from people who have tried the products and have wrinkles, I recommend looking on the Frøya Organics website. There are plenty of reviews there along with photos.
I have milia all over my face especially forehead. My dermatologist said they have to come to surface before they can be removed. Do you think these products can help with that?
I honestly don’t know if they would help with milia. I looked on the product pages and in the FAQ, and there was no mention of milia. You can try emailing their customer support at help@froyaorganics.com to see if the products can help
Glycolic acid treatments are your best bet – use a 10% GA exfoliate for a few weeks, then increase to 30%. The milia will get closer & closer to the surface of your skin, and eventually will flake away. You have to be consistent & patient with it though. My problem area was along my cheekbones about an inch under my eyes. It took about 2 months to get rid of those maddening little white bumps, but they are now gone. I’m diligent with a GA treatment now – about 3 times a week – to make sure they don’t return. Good luck!
Your initial review was from September, 2024 – have you continued to use the product? How are the long term results?
I did continue using the products, and the long-term results were pretty much the same. I don’t have wrinkles so I can’t say how effective the products are for anti-aging. I would still get a blemish every now and then and I think the dark circles balm is just okay.
I used their mature skin products for 3 weeks. No change in my skin and the day balm is very orange, to the point where it stains fabric. My conclusion? The products are okay as moisturizers, but do not deliver the type of results they advertise.
Frøya does state that it can take up to 2 months to notice results and that is why they have their 60-day money back guarantee. I would suggest to continue using their products for a full 2 months, and if you still do not notice any results, you should ask for your money back.
Also, the balms are yellow and orange tinted, but they should not be staining your fabrics. You only need to use a little bit every day and it should not be discoloring your face and staining.
However, Frøya is like any other skincare brand where even though the products work for numerous people, they might not work for everybody.
Sounds like a brand a can use since it works for people with sensitive skin.

I’ve noticed as I’ve got older that my skin needs a bit more of a boost (especially to keep it moisturized) so I am always looking for brands that focus on more mature skin. This does sound promising, thanks for the review!
