As 2023 comes to an end, I wanted to share the cozy games I played this year. I will not include The Sims 4 or Disney Dreamlight Valley in this list, as I started playing them before 2023. This past Saturday was the Wholesome Direct, which was an hour-long stream on YouTube and Twitch with over 70 trailers of indie games that are releasing this year and next year in 2024. The stream was hosted by Jenny Windom (@kimchica25), Gab Smolders, and Kennedy (@CozyK). I love playing cozy games, so I tuned into the stream, and I wanted to share which games from the Wholesome Direct are on my wish list.
