Another Mesauda product I want to review today is the Mesauda Extreme Gloss in Naïve from my May 2018 GoodieBox. I was a bit skeptical with the long-lasting claim since glosses are known for being the opposite and fading quickly. Did the Mesauda gloss live up to this claim?
If you would like, you can check out my Summer Makeup Look where I used the gloss. Naive is a pretty pink shade with a shimmer finish, and the gloss has great pigment. Compared to the NYX Butter Gloss, the Mesauda Extreme Gloss has better pigment. The gloss also applies evenly with the doe foot applicator, and it is not sticky on my lips. As far as being long-lasting, I will say the gloss lasts longer than pretty much all other glosses. The gloss does fade after eating or drinking, but there is a little shimmer left on my lips compared to other glosses that would be gone. By the end of day the gloss is completely faded so it does have to be reapplied. The gloss is at a good price, and it is currently on sale for €7.68 / $9. There are 11 shades available ranging from pinks, reds, and clear, but the Naïve shade is not sold on Mesauda’s website. Overall, the Mesauda Extreme Gloss in Naïve has great pigment and lasts longer than most other glosses.
