It is time for another empties post!
Like with my previous empties posts, I am going to review each product, rate it, and decide if I would repurchase it or not. If you would like, you can check out my Empties, Empties #2, Empties #3, Empties #4, and Empties #5 posts!NYX Stay Matte But Not Flat Powder Foundation in Light Beige: My mother bought this foundation for me since I wanted to use a powder foundation on days I do not have much time to get ready. My daughter and boyfriend sadly dropped the compact and the powder went all over the floor, so I was only able to use it a few times (he promised to buy me a new one though). The powder has good coverage with a matte finish, and it lasted all day with a setting spray. I would repurchase it, but I hope my boyfriend lives up to his word!

Teeez Cosmetics Be Smooth Face Powder in Feather Light: I received this face powder in my December 2016 GoodieBox. I tried using the powder alone, but it only had light coverage, and I prefer wearing foundations with full coverage. However, the powder works well as a setting powder when I use liquid foundations as it helped my makeup look matte. I would not repurchase this face powder because it is too expensive especially since I only liked using it as a setting powder.

Ari by Ariana Grande Perfume: I love this perfume! The perfume has a fruity floral scent, and it is long-lasting. I would definitely repurchase this perfume, and I have already bought the Ariana Grande 4 Piece Coffret from Ulta, which has all 4 of her perfumes.

Nivea Daily Essentials Sensitive Micellar Water: This micellar water is for sensitive skin, so it is gentle on the skin. The micellar water removes all of my makeup including my eye makeup. Even though it is a good micellar water, I would not repurchase it because I am using Matas’ micellar water instead.

NuFACE Prep-N-Glow Cloth: I received this sample from Ulta. This is a double-sided cloth that removes makeup with the smooth side and exfoliates the skin with the other side that has micro dots. The smooth side removed most of my makeup, but the exfoliating side felt rough on my cheeks. I would not repurchase this cloth because I would only use the smooth side.

Tarte Deep Dive Cleansing Gel: I have tried this cleansing gel before, and I like it! The gel removes my makeup and leaves my face feeling soft and clean. I would repurchase this cleansing gel, but I am trying out different cleansers now.

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser: I received this sample from Ulta, and I did not like the scent. The cleanser foamed up a little, and it removed most of makeup, but of course I could not use on my eyes. My face felt clean, but I would not repurchase it because I did not like it.

Lush Herbalism Cleanser: This is my go-to cleanser. The cleanser has a strong herbal scent, but I got used to it. I used to use this cleanser twice a day, but recently I only used it in the morning before putting on my makeup. The cleanser makes my face soft and clean and it also helps reduce oiliness and breakouts.

Formula 10.0.6 Down to the Pore Blackhead Banishing Pore Strips: I purchased these nose strips from Matas while they were on sale, and the package contained 6 strips. I applied a strip to my wet nose, and I wore it for 10-15 minutes. The strip was not that painful to peel off, but it only removed some blackheads. I would not repurchase these strips because there are more effective nose strips like the Bioré Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips.

Formula 10.0.6 One Smooth Operator Pore Clearing Face Scrub: I received this face scrub in my September 2016 GoodieBox. I used this scrub after removing my makeup, and it did not feel rough on my skin. The scrub left my face feeling soft and clean. I would repurchase it, but I have other face scrubs I want to try.

Formula 10.0.6 Keep Me Clean Clarifying Facial Wipes: I got these wipes in the Clean Getaway Travel Kit from Ulta. The wipes have a nice scent, and one wipe removes all of my makeup including my eye makeup. The wipes also leave my skin feeling clean and refreshed. I would repurchase these wipes because they are much easier and quicker to use than micellar water to remove makeup.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, herbs, and Rosewater: I received this toner in a beauty bag from Ulta. When I ran out of my Lush Tea Tree Toner, I started using this one. The toner had a pleasant scent and it felt refreshing and moisturizing on my skin. I would not repurchase this toner because I prefer using the Lush Tea Tree Toner.

MaskerAide Beauty Rest’ore Sheet Mask: I bought this mask for half price from Matas. The sheet mask was soaked in product, and it was a bit big for my face. I wore the mask for 20 minutes, and it had a relaxing lavender scent. After I took off the mask, I massaged the excess product in. The only result I noticed was that my face felt soft. I would not repurchase this sheet mask because it is too expensive for the results.

Murad Eye Lift Firming Treatment: I received this sample from Ulta. I followed the directions and applied 5 pumps under my eyes and put the eye pads on top. I immediately started feeling a burning sensation and I washed off the product shortly after. The bottle does warn of tingling, but my under eye area felt like it was burning. I tried using the treatment several weeks later and I used 3 pumps instead of 5. My under eye area did not feel like it was burning, but it felt really sore and I washed off the product again. Since I was unable to use the eye treatment for longer than 30 seconds, I did not notice any difference. I would definitely not recommend this eye treatment for sensitive skin, and I not repurchase it because it was so painful to use.

Color Science Daily UV Protector: I received this sample from Ulta. This sunscreen reminds me more of a bb cream than a sunscreen because of the cream color and texture. The sunscreen felt greasy when I applied it to my face, but it absorbed quickly. I would not repurchase this sunscreen because it is a bit expensive, and I am going to stick to using my Ilse Jacobsen sunscreen.

Naobay Oxygenating Cream Moisturizer: I received this moisturizer in my September 2016 GoodieBox. The moisturizer has a nice scent, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated throughout the day. The moisturizer also contains natural ingredients, but it is rather expensive to repurchase, so I am going to stick to using my Lush Enzymion Moisturizer for now.

Creightons Mango & Papaya Balance Hand Cream: I bought this hand cream from Normal. The hand cream has a nice mango scent, and it absorbs quickly and leaves my hands feeling soft without leaving them greasy. I have already repurchased the Creightons Raspberry & Pomegranate Revive Hand Cream.

Iroha Nourishing Hand Mask: I received this hand mask in my October 2017 GoodieBox. My hands were dry from the cold weather, so I wore these gloves for 20 minutes. The gloves have a nice argon oil scent, but they were a bit big and I could not do much while wearing them so I watched a movie. After the 20 minutes I massaged the excess product in and it took a few minutes for the product to absorb. My hands felt soft and moisturized, but the results lasted less than a day before my hands got dry again. I would not repurchase this hand mask because it is no more effective than using a hand lotion throughout the day.

Nivea Shower Silk Mousse Creme: I received this creme in my November 2016 GoodieBox. The creme had a somewhat manly scent, which is not a scent I want for a shower gel/creme. The creme is like a shaving cream and it foams up when coming out of the can. The creme was easy to rub into the skin and it rinsed off easily. My skin felt soft and clean, but I would not repurchase it because I did not like the scent.

The Body Shop Spiced Apple Shower Gel: I love the cinnamon apple scent of this shower gel. The shower gel lathers up well and rinses off easily. The shower gel also leaves my skin soft and clean and with a slight scent of cinnamon apple. I would repurchase this shower gel, but I have several shower gels to use first.

Lush R&B Hair Moisturizer: I used to use this hair moisturizer every time I washed my hair, but I forgot about it and it went out of date. The hair moisturizer has a strong scent, which I did not like. The moisturizer can be used on wet and dry hair, and I would normally use it on wet hair, but it took a while to find the right amount to use. If I used too much of the moisturizer, my hair would become greasy, and if I used too little, my hair would become frizzy. However, when I used the right amount, my hair stayed frizz-free for 2 days. I would not repurchase this moisturizer because I do not like the scent, and I have not used it for a while.

OGX Fight Fallout Niacin3 & Caffeine Shampoo and Conditioner: This shampoo and conditioner did not have a pleasant scent, but there was more than enough of both in the packets. The shampoo lathered up a lot, and I kept in my hair for a few minutes before rinsing it out. I then used the conditioner and it easily rinsed out. My hair felt clean and soft, but I did not notice any difference in fallout. I would not repurchase this shampoo and conditioner because I did not like the scent and I am content with my current shampoo and conditioner.

Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk: I received this dry shampoo in my Marzia’s Summer Faves Box. I only wash my hair every 3-4 days, so I used this dry shampoo on day 3 and 4. The dry shampoo made my hair look clean and it did not leave any white residue. I like that the dry shampoo is also vegan, but I would not repurchase it because it is more expensive than the Batiste Dry Shampoo I normally use.

Such a bummer that the Cetaphil face wash didn’t work out for you, it’s one of my favorites!! Loved the empties as always.

I love an empties post! I have had that OGX shampoo and conditioner before, even going through a bottle I didn’t see a difference to be honest. Gotta love The Body Shop shower gels! 🙂

Fallout is natural & happens every day so I don’t see how a shampoo & conditioner could stop that process or even reduce it, so it’s good to know you didn’t see a difference even with using a whole bottle!
The Body Shop has a lot of great products 😄

The Formula 10.0.6 scrub sounds like a winner! I’ve been curious about their products – they have some raves online.
I had the Lush R&B Hair Moisturizer and was just hohum on it as well. I wouldn’t repurchase either.
Awesome job on all the empties!

Thank you! 😄 Formula 10.0.6 has a lot of good products! I also tried their best face forward cleanser & it’s great too! I have a mud mask too, but I haven’t tried it yet.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels the same way about the Lush R&B!

It is nice to read “empties” posts from someone else who has sensitive skin. My skin is horribly sensitive, so finding anything that won’t break me out or cause irritation is difficult! Thank you for your reviews on all of these products! I will have to check some of these out!

You’re welcome! I’m glad I could help! 😊 I know it can also be frustrating when you buy a product that is meant for sensitive skin but then you try it & it’s really not.
