H&M Eye Shadow Review

The quest for a blue eyeshadow continued after the Wet n Wild I’m His Breezy Palette was a complete fail. The last time I went to H&M, they had some eyeshadows on clearance, and I ended up buying the H&M Infinite Impact Eye Color in Pagoda Blue for 10 kr / $1.50.

Pagoda Blue is a gorgeous teal shade with a shimmer finish, but the shimmer is not that noticeable when applied to the eyelid. This shade is so soft, but it is a bit powdery which leads to some fallout. However, this shade applies and blends easily. Without an eyeshadow primer, this shade has decent pigment, but it only lasts a few hours before fading and creasing. However, with a primer, this shade is much brighter and it lasts all day without fading, creasing, or smudging. The packing is rather simple and does not include a mirror or a brush, but for the price I do not mind at all. The H&M eyeshadows normally cost $6.99 each, which is not a bad price especially if there is a specific shade you want (such as a decent blue shade). Compared to the Wet n Wild Palette, this shade has much better pigment and lasts longer with an eyeshadow primer. Out of the two, I would definitely recommend the H&M shade over the Wet n Wild Palette. H&M also has many other shades available in matter, shimmer, and metallic finishes. Overall, the H&M Infinite Impact Eye Color in Pagoda Blue is better quality than the Wet n Wild I’m His Breezy Palette because the H&M shade has good pigment and lasts all day with a primer.
