This past month has been so stressful and busy, but there have been some highlights.
The most recent good thing that happened is that I joined a haiku gift exchange on reddit. I received my secret Santa’s haiku last week, and I found it so touching. My dog passed away earlier this year, and for my Santa to write about her and include her picture with the haiku was amazing. My 1 Year Blogiversary was also last week, and I appreciate all of your congratulations and kind comments. To further celebrate my blogiversary I wanted to include twice as many favorites as I normally do to share the little things I have been enjoying this past month.
Beauty and the Beast (2017): I saw this movie with my boyfriend on Mother’s Day, and I loved it! I have not seen the original in such a long time, but this movie followed the same plot and had the same songs plus a few new songs. Also Emma Watson was amazing as Belle. If you are a fan of the original Beauty and the Beast, I would definitely recommend this movie.
Stranger Things: I have been wanting to see Stranger Things since it came out, and we finally signed up for Netflix last week. I do not like sci-fis, but Stranger Things is also a thriller so I enjoyed watching this series especially since the sci-fi part is not overdone. If you have not seen Stranger Things, it is about a young boy who goes missing and his mom, his friends, and the police chief try to find him. All of the actors were amazing and I especially liked Winona Ryder as the mom. I cannot wait for season 2 to be released on Halloween! I would highly recommend this series if you like these genres.
13 Reasons Why: 13 Reasons Why is another series I was finally able to watch. This series is about a girl named Hannah who commits suicide. 2 weeks after her death, one of her classmates named Clay receives a box of tapes where Hannah explains the 13 reasons why she chose to commit suicide and why Clay is on that list. This series does a good job of showing the drama that occurs in high school, and I liked that each episode focused on one side of the tape/one reason. This series is emotional at times especially during the last episode, but I would recommend everyone to watch this series.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild: My boyfriend bought this game for the Wii U a couple of weeks ago, and I played a bit since. I absolutely love this game because it is open world and you can do everything from chopping down trees, picking up rocks, and climbing mountains. The quests are easy to follow and the characters are likable. I would definitely recommend this game if you have a Wii U or Switch.
Er Nettet Nede? by B.R.O: I have previously shared one of B.R.O.’s song, and this song was released last month. B.R.O. is a Polish singer, but this song is in Danish. This is a fun song about the WI-FI being down and how a mother and her two sons react.
Udenpå Indeni by Joey Moe: Joey Moe is a Danish singer and he released this song in February. Joey Moe has a nice voice, and I actually saw him last month in the musical We Will Rock You where he did a great job singing Queen songs. This song is enjoyable and different from the Queen songs he sang in the musical, so it is to see his own style.
Batiste Dry Shampoo in Floral: I only wash my hair twice a week, so I use this dry shampoo on days I do not wash it. Floral is my favorite scent for this dry shampoo, and this dry shampoo also leaves my hair looking less oily without leaving any white residue in my hair. This dry shampoo is also easy to use because it comes in a spray form. The only downside is that this dry shampoo contains a lot of chemicals, but I would rather use this instead of washing my hair every other day.

Creightons Mango & Papaya Balance Hand Cream: I ran out of hand cream, and I wanted one that was cheap, but effective. I picked this hand cream up and Normal, and it is a great cream especially for the price. This hand cream has a nice mango scent, and it absorbs quickly and leaves my hands feeling soft without leaving them greasy.

Rate: 10/10Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation in 215 Buff N: I recently reviewed this foundation that I received in my Lancôme VoxBox. This foundation is a lot like the Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation because it applies easily, blends smoothly, and lasts all day while keeping my face oil-free. The only problems I have with this foundation is that Lancôme is not cruelty-free and the price of this foundation is really high. I will continue using this foundation since I received it for free, but I would not repurchase it.

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge: I received this sponge in a giveaway, and I love using it to apply my concealer and foundation. This sponge is very similar to the beautyblender, but this sponge has an added flat edge. I actually prefer using the flat edge to apply my foundation over the beautyblender. This sponge also costs 3 times less than the beautyblender, which is a huge plus.
